Dr Raghavan Sivaram completed his MBBS in 1998 from the prestigious Sri Ramachandra university, the first JCI accredited medical university in South India. Subsequently, completed his Masters in orthopedic surgery in 2008, after which he worked as a registrar and senior registrar at Apollo Hospital, Chennai under Dr P. Suryanarayanan, a doyen in joint replacement / knee surgery, where he had vast training in knee arthroscopy and arthroplasty. His next job was as a junior consultant at Madurai Meenakshi mission hospital, a 1000 bedded trauma care center. Later did his fellowship in joint arthroplasty, arthroscopy from Germany at Schoen Klinikum. Attended multiple trainings in specialized knee surgery in Singapore, Dubai, India . Had worked in Ministry of defense as a senior registrar in The arthroplasty unit at the prestigious King Hamed university hospital in Bahrain. During his stint in Bahrain, he was involved with two research papers which are in the process of getting published.
