Dr. Khalid Javid is a specialist Gastroenterologist with over  7 years of experience. He had completed his post-graduation in Internal Medicine (MD) from the university of Jammu. Pursuing his passion, he  underwent core training in the prestigious Gastroenterology and Medical Research (GEM) Hospital, Coimbatore, as a part of Award of Doctorate - National board (DrNB) in Gastroenterology and Hepatology, New Delhi. He has been trained under the tutelage of  Professor & Ex President Indian Society  of Gastroenterology,  Dr V G Mohan Prasad, a doyen in the field of Gastroenterology and Hepatology in South India. He is highly trained in the diagnosis and management of various Digestive and Liver diseases.

He served as an academic clinical registrar in department of Gastroenterology in the Government  Medical College and before relocating, he served as an associate consultant and gained advanced skills in ERCP, Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS), Small Bowel Enteroscopy, Gastrointestinal stenting  and Neuromotility assessment from the reputed Asian Institute of Medical Science Hospital  and Metro Multispeciality  Hospital in New Delhi , NCR.

He believes in  strategizing the best treatment plans for patients, hence bringing forth an empathetic and professional attitude committed to providing patients with the best care possibility. He has many publications and attended many national and international  conferences during his tenure.
