Dr. Ayman's clinical interests focus on the upper limb surgery and include shoulder and elbow joint replacement and arthroscopic surgery. He treats wide upper limb conditions such as subacromial impingement, rotator cuff tear, shoulder instability, osteoarthritis, frozen shoulder, complex fractures, peripheral nerve (cubital tunnel and carpal tunnel syndrome) and tendon problems.

Shoulder procedures include

• Total shoulder replacement.
• Arthroscopic rotator cuff surgery.
• Arthroscopic shoulder instability (Bankart repair).
• Arthroscopic subacromial decompression; distal clavicle excision.
• Arthroscopic release for frozen shoulder.
• Open reduction and internal fixation of shoulder fractures and injuries.

Elbow procedures include

• Arthroscopy of elbow.
• Tennis elbow release.
• Cubital tunnel decompression.
• ligament and tendon reconstruction for elbow instability.  
• Total elbow replacement.
• Open reduction and internal fixation of elbow fractures and dislocations.

Hand procedures

• Carpal tunnel decompression.
• Trigger finger release.
• Ganglion cyst excision.
• De Quervain’s release.
• Ligament and tendon repair for hand injuries.
• Open reduction and internal fixation of hand fracture and dislocations.
